This is my first guide on mobafire and I hope you enjoy it.
First of all: English is not my native language so don't cry if you find gramma mistakes and tell me them that i can correct them!
I will look that I Update this guide as soon as i can and I would be happy for Comments to improve it.

So Zed have like any other Champion pros and cons:

Pros:
- In my Opinion a great Harassement!
- Effective Farmer
- Nice Escape Skills even with his Ultimate
- Nice 1v1

Cons:
- ALWAYS focused in teamfights
- Really hard to master
- Not so effective against ranged

Well, for the runes I choosed the standard ones: 9 Greater Marks of Strength,9 Greater Seals of Resilience, 9 Greater Glyphs of Shielding and 3 Quintessences of Desolation
You can also get alternative runes like 9 Greater Marks of Desolation or 3 Quintessences of Strength. This is up to your playstyle and what you prefer: More AD or Armor Pen. In my Opinion both have their pros and cons.

The Masteries should be clear: He is an Full- AD Champion so you need AD Masteries...
The Reason that I tooked the Sorcery is simple: His Living Shadow has an really high CD. 22 sec. on lv 1 and 16 (I think) on Lv 5.

Hehe now to the Items! The importanst part of a champion ;D
Now i want to make it short:

Trinity Force and Bloodthirster and the Boots are your core items.
Buy the first of it depend on the situation and look that you have all of this three before go on.
So... go on with a Brutalizer and another Zeal for more damage,AS and CD reduction.
Head on with finishing the Ghostblade and then try to buy an Infinity Edge.
If you don't need it go on with the Phantom Dancer.

I know that this sound more like an AD Carry instead of solo top so you can took alternatives depend on the situation:
Change the Boots of Speed with Ninja Tabis or the Magic Resist Boots. You can also pick
the CD reduction boots if you want to spam your abilities. But well this is not necessary!

You can also buy an Frozen Mallet instead of the Infinity Edge and a Randuins Omen instead of
the Phantom Dancer. This will make you more Tanky but still able to deal a lot of damage.

The skill Sequence is pretty easy:
Start to finish your Living Shadow first and then the Razor Shuriken right after it.
Great Harassement and Farm are promised.
The Shadow Slash is not the strongest Ability of Zed but awesome in late game by the Teamfights.

Well the Summoner Spells are easy too:
- Flash is very useful for an quick escape in cooperation with his shadows. Look at an Ezreal with Flash if you don't believe me xD
You can also use Flash to follow your enemy and hit him with your Living Shadow > Razor Shuriken or your Ultimate. Both is effective.

- Ignite.. nothing to say about this.

Alternatives:
- Ghost > also for great quick escapes or followings but i would prefer Flash.

- Exhausts > Well.. it's exhausts. Slow your enemy > Damn your enemy! But I think its enough with Trinity Force and/or Frozen Mallet.

- You can also take Heal with you!
