It looks great! The text is a little bit hard to read though, since Annie's hand is overlapping with the "w".

Photoshop and After Effects—Photoshop to edit the initial picture, After Effects to add the animations, and then back to Photoshop to make some final edits before converting to an uploadable gif. I would make some tutorials, but not many people have After Effects, so I don't think they'll be too useful, ahaha.
