A poll :D
Dunno i know some forums offer reputation out, i know administrators can give more rep than 1, but to be honest i don't like that idea...
So until we find a better prize, it'll be just bragging rights I suppose. But SOTW isn't meant to be this anyway, i guess its just a weekly showcase of the communities artwork by various artists, each being challenged through a variety of themes etc.to be fair i'mnot all that bothered about a prize. Its fun for me. but having a prize can give incentive for others to join

Well, the mods should have lots of work to do already, maybe a veteran would be enough.
I don't think we should keep the identities hidden either. And if we don't then we can submit the entries in the topic itself instead of PMing the host. That way we could critic/receive critics and change accordingly before the actual contest begin, improving our skills/sigs.
Regarding the layout, it's fine really. Just make it clear which sig is which and we'll have no problem.
And about the prize, I think it's fine. I doubt any one really wants a prize, winning and choosing the theme is enough.
So, is the next sotw's theme K-Pop?
I think I could start it right away (there's no reason to wait till tomorrow if everyone already knows the theme) and try to have public sigs. If it doesn't work out we can always go back to anonymous entries for #6.

No, signatures should be made during the competition period. If people kept reusing signatures, everything would be screwed over. Also increases originality, implement a new rule -_-
It's not a competition if you just put up a image link to begin with

How will you prove the sig was made during the competition? Anyone could have made the sig before the competition. As long as it was never used no one would know. The signatures are supposed to be made during the contest, but since I can't verify if they were indeed made during that time period I'll accept any sig that was never published. If I didn't you could still lie about it, so nothing would change.
Technically you just published the sig here, so you cannot use that one on the next contest. Sorry about that but rules are rules.

and what prizes could we possibly provide besides bragging rights and a little bar thingy?
