You should be going 21/0/9 with Tryndamere. The offense tree is perfect for him.

AD quints WILL deal more damage than CrD until you've built your first BIG crit item and that's when runes are most important. That's why you SHOULD use AD quints.
Marks are best as ArP or AD. Get what you like the most.
