Wrong it gives more MR then Veil and if you combine it with say, a Giants Belt it's MUCH better.

As a sixth item, BV is superior, which is the general use of a defensive item.

Except most carries get Veil as their 4th or 5th item, meaning that QSS+6 item is quite viable, although not always desirable.

That build seems like Cait, but I dont think its too good. Has a good attack+defense, but there's no speed. Maybe changing merc's and getting berserker will solve it.

Anyway, carries arent that tough to kill, yet this build will ensure that u'll stay for a longer time. But I dont think this is totally right, because carries are useless if they get outnumbered. They are too squishy.
