Evelynn: What to rush first? RD or LB?

Since Soraka Bot smashed with AD, my favorite champ has been changed to AD >.< AP gives you so much more burst and as a ganking champ thats what you need. The more burst you have the better. That said, I like to get LB first. This gives you an edge over squishies and the weakened ready to be ganked. Rabadon's is nice, but I think that its more of a late game item. Getting this with just the AP it gives is a nice bit of AP, but I just dont like using its AP as a means of boosting AP. I like to build it, but I like to be able to Hate Spam and get the LB proc. Anyone that knows the havoc that an unchecked Eve can bring, will find ways to shut her down. If you get this and cant keep stacks you spent gold and you will be foolishly diving to get stacks. Not worth it. The only champ that should ever get this is Karthus.[/quote]
