Whether you play Ezreal with Attack Damage (which I assume from "im still under 100 atk) or Ability Power, you should be able to find a lot of viable builds on MobaFire. Just look up the top Ezreal guides and see which items they use. The only other advice I can give you on such a broad question is to consider buying multiple doran's blades (or rings, if you're building AP) before proceeding with the rest of your build if you find yourself lacking in early game damage. Remember to last hit minions to farm up a lot of gold and stay close to dying enemies to gain as much experience as you can. Buying offensive runes and selecting damage masteries will also help you with a stronger early game.

Want a kick? Play AP. It is easier to get a decent damage in burst, you will be cooldown dependant tho.

If you're going ad, sheen is great to get first since right around when you get it, it should do approximately 60 extra damage with your Q, close to a B.F. sword. After that get a Manamune which should give around 40 damage when you finish it and about 50+ when you are level 18 with full charges. After that you can start getting real damage like Bloodthirster or The Black Cleaver, don't forget to get survivability like Banshee's veil.

im enjoying to play Ezreal but i cant really do massive damage with him. And sometimes its 20 minutes of game and im still under 100 atk. Pvp i use to play at Twisted. Halp plz..=]
