I can get into items too if wanted, but runes should be ArP marks and AD quints. ALWAYS.

You might squize there a Vampiric scepter if you realy need to but with his W it isnt nessesary :P

Manamune is really overkill on mana and shouldn't be needed. Get mana-reg from runes and masteries instead.

Try this:
ArP or CrC or AD Quints and Reds
MP5/lvl Yellows
whatever blue you want
For items, you don't need to buy any MP5 items because you have MP5 seals(mine works on Sivir, why not on GP? I haven't tried it on GP though yet), you can focus on increasing your dmg output.
You can try stacking Doran's blade early to mid game if having trouble farming, however, it is recommended to farm up, if you can, for better items. You can go straight to AD/CrC items.
For Masteries, go 21/0/9, making sure you put masteries in CrC and CrD. For utility take 4 pts exp boost, and a point in mp5.
Edit: Oh Searz already posted that MP5 is better in runes and masteries. hehe. XD

Want a boost to movement speed and damage? Get Trinity Force+optional item. Get an early Sheen if you wanna build Trinity.
