- What marks are good on supports? Flat Armor? I currently run Magic Pen.
- What marks and quints do you recommend on AD carries? I currently run Armor Pen on both but perhaps flat AD or AD/lvl might be better.

-Armour is good but Magic Pen is fine too.
-ArP Marks, AD Quints. AD/lvl runes are terrible, don't ever buy them.

I have to disagree. I think A is a finer choice. But like Luther said, going both armor is a fine choice aswell. I take Armor Marks and Seals, Magic Resist per Level Glyphs and GP10 Quints.

Depends on the champ. On Taric for instance, you get Armor from Shatter, so with him I wouldn't say any armor runes are necessary. On Taric I'd wager either GP/10 or Mana Regen higher than Armor (Seals).
On other supports, I'm going to change my MPen for armor and considering the choice between GP/10 and mana regen on seals. I'm leaning more towards mana reg, though. GP/10 quints or Fortitude if I play Taric (I like to be tanky as Taric), and finally I always take CDR glyphs.
