Jarvin IV Guide trolling

However troll votes aren't really welcome xD [/quote] well I guess you have somewhat of a point, a lot of people base things on the build, but people do have to keep in mind that there are other factors too :x that's why you should always give a build a few tries before you downvote it :x btw in case you were confused, I am not making a Jarvan build :P at least not right now :P[/quote]
