No, though I'd love for that to be a feature. What I do is copy-paste the descriptions to the appropriate spots and change the champion next to them. It's not quite as convenient but it doesn't take too long.
If you didn't know, the matchups are ordered from top to bottom for each color. Green matchups will start at the top-most matchup that you input and place that on the far left, then find the next one down and so on. So the red/green order doesn't matter, just the order of the ones of the same color.
