The guide has to be legitimately good, I have to read it over and believe in not only effort placed into the guide but also that the build is viable which should be supported with some in depth explanation. 2. The "Troll Voter/Down Voter's Name should be inboxed along with the criteria above. 3. The voter MUST HAVE posted a comment with a downvote. 4. Their reason for a downvote should conflict with my belief of (Effort, Time, Logic, Reason and Explanation of your guide) I hope this thread is noticed and I get some feedback from what I'm trying to do here. Inbox me if you meet the criteria, and comment on the thread with the criteria as well/instead of if need be.[/quote]
