Writing a new guide! Pick the champion!

[[Viktor]] is heavily underplayed and quite sub-par in mid lane. He's hard to play but it won't pay off, hence no one plays him. Also, Riot planned a gameplay rework for him so then he has to rewrite his guide (again).[/quote]
