Such as these two can not play with me. And they should get a warning from a moderator to attack without a reason.

Though I can understand that -NA- Veng Lmfao's comment is not particularly helpful to you, making a joke is not - and never will be - against the site rules.
As for XeresAce's comment, he actually said he wants to add you. Isn't that what you were looking for?
Good luck with finding more teammates! :)

Pretty sure Veng was joking over there but you overreacting to it doesn't really give a good image about yourself.
You would make more friends from different cultures if you could notice the humor in people's posts, replies, or even statements in general.
Furthermore, that was not an introduction. That was an attempt to show the mobaferians here that you are some sort of elite. Maybe your intentions weren't to boast by stating your accomplishments and ambitions in life, but if that was the case, then I can assure you that this is not the right way to step in a community.
Honestly, befriending you doesn't really seem the greatest of ideas now that I've read through the thread. Here is the general impression I got so far assuming that I'm trying to befriend you:
- I can't make jokes or tease you because you will get upset.
- I have to always be careful in-game so that I don't accidentally curse (Example: Sh*t, I missclicked!) or you will scold me for it / judge me based on it.
- I can't be myself with you, or be open / honest with you, or be comfortable around you because you seem more hostile than fun.
Of course these are just first impressions, and by no means define you. Yet, first impressions matter quite a lot, and I can tell you that I'm sure the department you are top of is not the social interaction department.
Another thing: A friend from a different culture does not add value to your life, simply because it's not other people that add value to your life, but yourself, and only yourself can do that. Value in life is not other people's acknowledgment and respect, but it's the satisfaction and the respect towards yourself.
Finally, the reason I proceeded to write you this is because you mentioned that you accept constructive criticism and I took your word for it. Next time, make sure your introduction is more friendly. Example:
Hello, my name is This is LiV3 and I wish to be friends with the members of this community aswell as have fun playing League of Legends with them :)
I'm a senior university student, and I come from _____. My hobbies are _____, _______ and ______.
If you are someone who plays for fun, and wish to tag along with a mid/top player, hit me up! My IGN is ________. Here's my skype etc.
And this was by no means an attack. I just expressed my opinion on the situation, and if you happen to take it bad, then I'm sorry. It's not like I don't want to be friends with you, It's just that I can't, unless you prove to me that my impressions are wrong, something you don't really have to do.

I'm the one who believes gaming without friendship/company is not enjoyable. In addition to that, I think that games are to have fun, not to rage. By saying fun, I do not mean TROLLING or game without ambition to win. Therefore, I wanted to look for players whose thoughts are similar to mine.
Let me introduce myself a bit.
I do not play all day long and even some days I cant log in due to workload (senior student at univeristy, writing thesis and stuffs)
I do have life! Have some aims in the life. (Already guaranteed to be top student in my department, next aim to be top of the university)
I dont swear at all.
I got many friends who play with me but I believe that friends from different culture may add value to my life. (that's why I joined Erasmus Program. Love to the Netherlands!)
I generally enjoy playing mid or top (solo lanes -.-)
I'm open to constructive criticisms which make me a better player.
Guess it's all.
You can find me in EUW and also you can add me on skype, follow me on twitter etc.
