Tested implies that we've actually done experimentation by altering the time of the inhouses. Every single inhouse (NA Constructive Criticism) has been held at 5 PST, there has been no "testing," rather, what we've had is "discussion."

and I'm always on and notice when everyone else gets on generally, and I've been hosting inhouses before they were organized at various times, and 5 pdt is what works best for most people.
