He has so much peel with his E + Box + if the adc is a bit further away he can also peel with his Q.
He is good at catching people.
He is like a mix of blitzcrank nami and leona.
+ his lantern allows risky plays since you basically get a free "port back"
The argument his Q is hard to hit is BS, you just have to learn it.

- Jax isn't that strong anymore, since he needs to be ahead to kill tanks, and he can't kill ADCs with a defensive item. He just needs a lot of money to be really that effective compared to other top lanes.
