I don't understand why you have Malphite in tier 4 for both jungle and top. He was seen in LCS quite a few times if I remember right.
"Don't play Corki or Sivir" (Paraphrased)
Okay, why not? Sivir has her place in split push comps, which you can communicate for in premade 5's, and Corki is just... he's Corki. I can't comment on him as I don't play enough of him.

Jarvan, Jayce, and Nasus all too high in top lane. Skarner isn't tier 3 material anymore, he has serious issues that are painfully noticeable even though I have a good record with him. I don't really see Thresh below zyra as a support either, can you explain that?
I'm not really a big mid player but kassadin, karthus, zed and pantheon all not even listed?

@tehAsian - Alot of tops take Teleport now, which hurts Shen's effectiveness. He also has poor scaling and champs like Singed are stronger by nature. The only thing redeeming about picking Shen is that he can opt for an offensiver summoner spell, as well as a reliable ultimate that also shields. He could take Teleport to have two globals, but leaving lane is so detrimental if something game changing does not occur.
Thresh is not Tier 1 because his kit doesn't achieve the potential that the other aggressive supports carry. He offers no stats, as well, like Sona's W or Taric's W. And although his lantern can help with jungle ganks, it's just so predictable.
Kog'Maw is just like Vayne, poor laning phase unless you have prolonged trades with W. And although his range with W keeps him safe, it's not just as consistent as Vayne. Not only that, but the champions at Tier 1 all basically have everything, sorta (escape, damage, steroid), and are overall just safer picks.
@Lugignaf - Sivir, like Luther said, how no escape and terrible range. Graves is stronger, has more utility (W and E). Not only that, but her ultimate is just 10 seconds that helps you run away. Split pushing is irrelevant because you need to teamfight to win a game...
Corki is simply outshined outside of his lane and limited, with his mana costs and lack of steroid. (Passive isn't strong either)
@H4xDefender - Kassadin could be somewhere.. I'll think about it.
Zed is countered by QSS.
Pantheon is similar to TF, but less reliable and lacks damage past mid game.
Jarvan IV could be lower, and maybe Nasus, but his laning is much smoother now, and with Wither at max cooldown reduction, he'll make an ADC useless 80% of the time, but just lacking early game damage.

Now seeing Akali to be so high in tiers after her buff, I'd like China to quickly update League to that patch so I can play her XD.
Thank you jhoijhoi, Keondre, LaCorpse, The_Nameless_Bard, Arcana3, Apfeljack, Hogopogo, eddie199, Xiaowiriamu, and JEFFY40HANDS for the spectacular sigs!

Adc:
I think ez is too high and varus is too low
Support:
Ali too high, taric too low, janna too low.
Q: why is thresh as bad as he is? He just seemed like the ideal support when he came out.
Top:
Rumble and Garen should be higher imo.

Tier 1 - Very strong champions that are consistent in their kit and potential throughout the whole game, as well as perform exceptionally well in the meta.
Tier 2 - Solid champions that can be in Tier 1 in certain circumstances, but just not as flexible.
Tier 3 - Champions that perform well if one grasps the concept of their full strength and potential; however, not as strong as Tier 1 or Tier 2 champions.
Tier 4 - No.
Not Listed - These champions aren't worthwhile in the placement of tiers for a premade environment.
