Considering it was Shen and Singed, they had a lot of HP. Nasus' ult gives him extra AD based off of enemy's max HP. Therefore, if they both had 2000 HP (just theorizing), Nasus was level 11, and they both stayed in his ult 5 - 10 seconds, he would gain 51 - 102 extra AD from it, and deal extra damage from his ult. If they stayed longer, he would gain even more damage from it. Now, assuming he had +70 farm on his Q, he would have 110 + 210 + AD damage per Q. He would have 20% lifesteal, and his E would reduce 20 armor. His W would make Shen do next to 0 damage. Assuming he rushed
Spirit of the Elder Lizard, he would also have extra true damage on all his spells from that. Basically, he would have had about 240 AD, dealt 560 damage per Q, and have a bunch of true damage and lifesteal.
