Replace Renekton with Malphite and Lulu with Sona for super lockdown. Add in a Varus for good measure too! Of course, aside from ults, I don't know if they have any other synergies going. My game knowledge isn't much good at putting together teams aside from combos. Well, okay, I know I playing certain champions without a sturdy front-line. Maybe Varus would be overkill? Getting a Graves ult on a clumped up group is pretty sexy, I suppose. Renekton can jump into the enemy team too to set up a shockwave/glacial prison combo, ripe for crescendo. Actually, Lulu can wild growth the diver in the middle of everyone just pulled in by shockwave.
It seems like that but I don't post the normal losses and wins, I post the ones I am either really frustrated about or the ones I'm really proud about, or a promo loss/win, etc.

I can only judge based off of the stuff you post here, so if it seems like I'm making an assumption then that's why.
You seem to get pretty toxic in a lot of these postgame chats and consistently find ways to circumvent your own shortcomings to pin the loss up on your team. I feel like with the mass quantity of posts explaining this very subject it's kind of run into the ground, but you should really try to keep the game in perspective if you want to get out of the ELO you've averaged out around.
I get that ranked can be frustrating, but there's a fine line between vocalizing that frustration and keeping it contained. It's on you to walk it.

You should probably build Zhonya's instead of DFG on Gragas. I don't personally play him, but based on the ( good ) Gragas's I've seen in solo queue, it seems like to be able to use DFG properly he'd need to use his Body Slam, yet being able to use Body Slam on a high priority target would require him to be in the thick of a fight, at which point Zhonya's would be more helpful.
Just my 2 cents.

I was mid panth and the enemy mid had 23 cs at 16 mins.
Nami and Sej missed almost every ult and played like ******s. Brand single targetted his ult in teamfights and use his pillar of flame and his Q either miss or on Teemo during GA animation. Cait did... well... nothing

Because look at them.... in one I have over 5k more gold than our ADC and over twice her damage done... plus my entire team was godawful and Fiddlesticks was AFK
In the other I did really good despite have a troll Singed and Zac and a just plain horrible Eve
I count those as wins for me
Here we go again with the losses thanks to my ******ed team...
I swear every time the 1st and 2nd pick go Mid and Top they do horribly
