If you're really really good with him, then you [i]might[/i] be able to carry. Otherwise, no! 2) Not rushing DFG. Veigar's base damages are through the roof! Also, it increases the '80% of enemy ap' part on your ult. 3) Taking [[Barrier]] in low gold. People out there are generally pretty bad, Ignite allows you to grab those easy early kills. Also, it fits Veigar perfectly. 4) Not rushing [[Sorcerer's Shoes]]. Mpen is awesome early-game, especially on someone who has no AP cap. And that's already by judging on the end screen. I'm pretty sure you've made a few in-game as well. I hope that answers the question stated in the title of this thread.[/quote]
