Lol i love this guy, death ray pokes all day. Managed to come and save my friend playing Skarner, used W,R,E and dropped all 4 of em, then he stole the entire quadra xD BUT ITS VIKTOR SO I COUNTERED CASSIOPEIA ANYWAY

Viktor just isn't good enough these days. He has great dps, neat poke but his ult cool down really restricts him and the augments aren't strong enough.

I never have a problem with his ult cooldown. It can make or break a team fight, and 1v1, Viktor most likely kills you with it.
