I'd recommend a few things for the jungle tier specifically.
1. Shyvana is not on the list, why is this the case? After first clear she has a smooth time each camp, especially since the buff this patch.
2.S3 T1 picks such as Lee Sin, and Kha'Zix can still jungle, but are far from tier one now.
3. Elise I don't believe is tier one either, she falls off so very hard late game without being fed.

Well I know that most high elo people will still list Lee Sin and Kha'Zix as well as their old favorites like Elise and such as top tier regardless of any changes, but those champions not only got directly nerfed before the season, but indirectly nerfed by the new jungle itself... I've tried Lee and Kha'Zix and I just felt like the jungle was killing me, even doing everything I possibly could to stay healthy.
