From what I seen, AP Ezreal is not as good as AD Ezreal, seeing the AP damage isn't much and Ezreal's Passive works better as AD. So, I support AD Ezreal

AD Ez was slighty better than AP for a while and every patch recently has buffed AD Ez so now AD really is the only way to go
Wriggles, Triforce + Whatever else you want = win
Oh and counter build your lane with Ez to win i.e. Wriggles or Hexdrinker first

Anyways, when I was in EU they laughed about AD Ez, and I watched my friend ranked as AP Ez, his average for 5 Games was around 7:1:5
One game he even went 33/4/12 or something like that

And he is much more skill relient with Ap, and one of the good things about ezreal is that he can be a "caster" and a Ranged ad carry.
Pros for ap and ad.
Ad got most dmg early game.
ap has more dmg late game cuse of lichbane...
that was bad written, but you see what i mean.
