There is her tremendous lack of mobility, the passive( which has very limited uses) and the fact that she can't duel with most adcs.
She's just as mobile as every champion without dash.
The passive should be used on enemy champions. A free crit early can mean lane dominance. I actually keep an eye on the counter and trade right when it pops up.
I'll take on every ADC. She has a major stun yo.

That's actually why immobile marksmen are not played that much in the competetive scene as they seem to be quite "risky" picks. Only exception is

Lissandra/ Sejuani/ Gragas Olaf/ Tryndamere/ Braum are dressed so much better!That aside, the problem with
Ashe is that everything she offers is usually outdone by someone else. Her CC isn't really that big of a deal since most marksmen go with supports who have CC on their own anyway.

Still ashe's outfit is ok, imo. Apart from the fact that one literally can't survive in ice cold temperatures with just a T-Shirt or whatever this thing is called. But the same yields for all the champions you listed.
