CV is the best weapon when you play as support. I think its more useful than even heals (ok, the same lvl).

It's something that should not e touched, just like Jax and Mordekaiser (of course, Mordekaiser must be OP).

Off topic: Until they change counterstrike to rolfstrike he should be changed. If he stunned one person then it would be fine, but a freakin counter strike does not stun someone who hasn't even attacked ya. That would be a stun...just a stun.

On-topic: I don't usually see support packing heal they usually rely on their innate abillity to heal and or save people.

Off topic: I think they're implying that Jax is breakdancing for his stun. Hence amazing everyone and stunning them for a short duration. If he doesn't do it in 7 seconds, he forgets how to do so.

On topic:I don't see anyone running heal in high ELO so does that mean it won't get a change? Along with Fortify and Clarity.

does flash prevent advances / counter jungling / jungler moving into brush / team fights / ganks / awareness / security on a 50/ w/e it is second cooldown?

people who say flash is overpowered need to get out of beta

By OP summoner spell I meant it is one of the only summoner spells that are taken comparative to the other summoner skills
Nowadays people only go Flash/Ghost/Ignite sometimes Exhaust while all of the other summoner spells are neglected taking it into account of a average game

It's possible to not take flash on certain champions

I flip out when I don't have a CV on my team. It's ridiculous how necessary it is.

thats because summoner spells should help your champions weak points

heal / clarity / fortify mainly exist as newbie summoners, because lack of runes and game understanding makes it difficult for them to sustain in lane / defend their towers well

once you have that knowledge / semi decent runes, they are no longer required.

my favorite part is how this basically calls EU competitive play in 2010 "newbie"
