[DISCUSS] How to get ELO in the SOLO QUEUE?

Working pretty well so far :P You are right though, they watch the SHIT out of your every move. I had to tell a guy in plain English once, "Hi, we have a game to win, and watching what I'm doing, while being very flattering, is not helping us win it. Eyes on the prize babe, you don't climb elo by doing nothing and typing." After the game (We won but just barely) he tried to add me.
