Sounds like the Offensive tree could use a little buffing.
Like maybe they should switch Brute Force with Lethality and buff Brute Force up to 6+ damage. P:
3 damage hardly compared to the awesomeness that is Quickness. Same with Lethality VS Intelligence.

I basically only use it on Tristana, because tristana uses everything in the offense tree well. All the extra damage, the magic pen (for her early game burst), the whole shebang. It's basically made for her (and only her...).
For virtually any other champion (my only thought would be maybe corki), Utility just completely outshines offense - even for damage.
