levelling what last?
I know his q is effective as hell with sheen, but I may be overestimating his passive.
you want to level his E last because spamming Q and W in team fights is much more valuable than a long CD speed up
and yeah yer overestimating his passive a lot
by level 18 its 25% of yer movement speed added to your AD
normally by level 18 youll have around 400-500 MS so thats 100-125 extra AD at level 18
when you rush zeal first youll only have 8% more MS which wont up yer passive much at all
if you rush sheen youll have the bonus damage from E plus the bonus damage from sheen added into your first attack if you start with E which is a lot more than 8% MS is gonna do for you

Dill, I prefer Shurelia to Randuin, everything about it is just perfect.
Philo for sustain in lane
Then with shurelia you get a bunch more than randuin cdr, and the active is better for you.
Rose, clearly this build has been working for me, so I don't really see a problem. o.o
You don't NEED to go full aggressive on him, because his damage output with just a triforce is obscene.
I can explain why I build everything I build if you'd like. o:
The Warmog is just because health is good, and FM is a waste because I already have TF, and I don't like Sunfire.
The Atma is because I need armor, and I don't care if it's not as good as it once was, because with 4.3k health it's still pretty damned cost effective...
I'll take 65 AD for 825 gold, regardless of whether or not people don't like atma anymore.
The ridiculously high health pool combined with the MS is also the reason I get FoN.
I guess I probably would have enough health with Shurelia + Randuin though, maybe I'll try that next game and see how it goes o:

I want you to know youll get more AD with Maw than with FoN even with your passive, just because he scales off movement speed doesnt mean you should just stack MS
and the active from Randuins is going to help the team a lot more than a short AD/MS buff to you in the middle of a fight where it only helps you
just because its better for you doesnt mean its better for the team, plus most times your support is going to be building shurlias not you

Open your minds and embrace the awesomeness of Frozen Heart. Seriously, you need CDR desperately (do the math about how cdr effectively increases your DPS because of Q *hint: a ****ton*), and you get armor and mana as well. Glacial into Triforce is pretty much the cookie cutter build.

the CD on his Q is already like 2ish seconds at max rank so it doesnt really need the CDR

Hecarim doesn't snowball. He becomes an all consuming avalanche of doom as soon as he gets the right items and almost nothing can stop him at low ELO.
Or so I heard.

Did I help you? Do you feel nice today? Take a look at my guide,I would really appreciate it.
I know I'll get a lot more AD with Maw, but I won't get as much MR, I won't get RIDICULOUS amounts of health regen, and it'll cost more. Also, MS isn't ONLY good because of his passive, it's a good stat to have in general.
@ Mor33d: Shurelia, Defensive CDR masteries, enemy's blue buff. I'm good to go.
