I'm just glad that Saint who labelled M5 as pure hyped, kept bragging about how he knew how to counter them and bashed TSM for losing against them got what he had coming. Should take a page out of Alex M5 book on how to be a mature and well-mannered team captain.

M5 were overhyped. They aren't unbeatable like everyone said they are and they also aren't creating a complete new meta that just stomps every other competitive team.
They're obviously one of the best teams out there, but they were praised as if they were the gods of LoL and that is simply not true. 'Overhyped' doesn't necessarily mean "people call them good while in fact they're bad", it can also mean "they're really good, but people are overreacting claiming they're gods" and that is what happened in this case.
Also, M5 have trashtalked a lot of other teams ever since joining the competitive scene. Sure, Saint can be a **** and I can understand that you like it that he lost, but the M5 players really aren't angels bro xD

I agree that they didn't really change the meta and that people often have overlooked that IEM Kiev was the first major tournament featuring the new S2 remaked jungle (I believe so?) and most top teams were caught off guard by M5 thus why they got stomped. The fact that a lot of people were questioning whenever M5 were really that good or are whenever they're hyped in itself in my point of view displays that they weren't completely overrated or hyped. They still haven't dropped a single game yet all the way to the finals a repeat of what we saw at Kiev.
