Yes, Vayne's damage is too high, and not by a little. Her survival is... not exceptionally bad, since she has alot of mobility skills, I actually think her survival is pretty good

I didn't really pay attention, but the general consensus is:
Outside of restricting his early game, giving Vlad a mana pool would actually make him more ridiculous.

LOL damn you. I was already working that in a build for him in preparation...
My guess is they do away with Sanguine Pool which will pretty much negate him completely. Vlad with no pool is a dead Vlad. Unless they made it his Ult and made Hemo his E...

Assuming the 15% damage boost stays his ultimate then yeah, that would solve some issues.
