It's not bannable. This is actually the same system Bungie used, since they were having so many people reported for being terrible. It turned out that Bungie just did this so that they wouldn't have to wade through the tens of thousands of annoying nubcake hating reports. It worked great, and they more quickly put their banhammer to actual good use.

Personally, I think some of them have a clear misunderstanding about what roles they want certain champions to fill.
However, that aside, they're probably doing an okay job.
The "unskilled player" report option is probably there to make trolls happier.
It's all probably auto-deleted the moment the submission is sent.

Whoever's working on Magma chamber, is not on the same time-table as Champion designs, who are also not the same people working on new Graphics.

I'd vote that all reports in that category literally are just the trash heap. It probably helps them separate the ******ed reports.
Judging somebody's skill is hard without actually watching them in the game. Ratios and chat logs explain very little when it comes to a player's skill level.
Also lulzworthy to think that you could be banned for being bad at the game.

I feel like people are going to accidentally report others who do drugs and play bad in this category instead of intentional disruption of gameplay =/
