If you have gold and team fights haven't started yet, get Twin Shadows before Zhonya's Hourglass. It's honestly insane. I don't know why more people don't build this item. TS and hourglass are my new core for fiddle.

I'd probably start Hunter's Machete just so I'd have gold for a ward. Doran's Ring might be fine.
