Matt and FlashJ do most of their things backstage. This is why it is hard to recognise what they do. Even if you do recognise it, then you need to go to their profile, search for a comment and +rep one of the admins. 2. There used to be no limit on the amount of reps, this meant that you could give the same guy over 10 +rep. Jhoijhoi got most of her rep before the 10 +rep limit came to be 3. Her guide is spammed everywhere on this site, it is hard NOT to find it. Everyone who will make a guide here will easily find her guide, likely read it and read at the bottom: +rep me if I helped, at least I was pretty sure it used to be there. 4.
