IT sounds to me like you have bad Time management skills, or you rage quit a lot which seems to be mor elikely based on the tone you are presenting yourself in.
My advice to you would be to do the following:
SIT DOWN
SHUT UP
LEARN BETTER TIME MANAGEMENT
CALM THE **** DOWN.
You know that games can last up to an hour in League of Legends, So you should be prepared for that eventuallity. Also, while playing Riots Games you are subject to Riots Rules, however "unfair" you may think htat they may be. So start playing by them or don't play at all.

It absolutely makes sense. when you quit you you affect the 9 other people in the game, not just your team. So you've quit 3 times you've said, 9x3=27. You've negatively affected the experience of 27 people. Also you must have left 3 times consecutively or at least very close to each other, I've had more than 3 leaves over my 2 years of playing, but they're generally not consecutive. Sounds like the system is working just fine to me, you deserved to get suspended.

Isn't it better to have a kind of fifa ultimate team system online?
That system is using the DNF modifyer that modifyer multiplies your final earnings (IP's in this case) with a certain number. The modifyer starts at 1.00 if someone quits the game, his modifyer will go down, doing this more and more, you'll end up with a modifyer of 0.00...
Instead, if you win matches you'll get a better modifyer. (the max is 1.25)
So why don't use a system like this instead of getting banned after quitting a couple of games, it doesn't make any sense!!
