I play Lee quite a lot lately.
Clearly not in ranked or in a relatively advanced field of players.

While I don't care whether mr. superproman II is going to get a higher win ratio with him or not, I do care that I feel the unique play-style of Lee Sin is getting removed. I do care that the changes, in my eyes, are only meant to force Lee Sin in one role and play-style and hinder the creativity of players, not because the champion is overpowered but because it takes more than ten seconds to understand his kit.
This isn't. In fact, it's quite the opposite. Lee sin players actually have to (here it comes) THINK before initiating. The fact that they've made it so you have a more limited energy budget will cause it so that Lee sin players will HAVE to be penalized for going in balls deep as opposed to "HAHAHAHAHA IMMA MASH ALL MY BUTTONS BUT IF THINGS GET BAD IMMA ULT AN WARD SHIELD AWAY LOOOOOOOOOOLZ EX DEEE XD XD XD".
If you believe anything you legitimately wrote in your poorly thought out post, you should be stabbing yourself in the eyes right about now.
This nerf/buff was a **** slap to idiots who clearly have to rely on a broken kit to get ahead in a relatively easy game. The fact that they killed the high OP spike in Lee's early game is the first step in the right direction for Lee.

Not in ranked, that's right. I don't consider myself an advanced Lee player either. Is that worth discussing any further?
I know it's a little bit of a sorry argument, but I'll still repeat it: there are tons of champions with gap closers and kiting abilities that can go all-in and all-out, even without having to sacrifice gold and an item slot.
What you say about the energy management makes sense to me(though I don't find it necessary), but I don't see how that rectifies all the other changes. For the record, with "unique play-style" I didn't mean mashing all buttons, I meant that there are multiple options on how to build, what abilities to level and how to chain them in fights. I feel these changes are removing some options.
My main concern is the fact that the damage/focus is getting moved from the abilities(skill) to the passive(auto-attack), while I think the passive is the least interesting/hard ability. In my eyes
Lee Sin is moving towards the niche of
Master Yi and
Fiora, leaving behind an empty space.
Could you elaborate on "broken"? If I knew what you meant by that word alone we probably wouldn't be having this conversation.

********'s a pretty good fertilizer
Still nobody calculates that his earlygame damage has nearly not been reduced by numbers with the balance change, only if getting a bunch of AD very early...
=> Stop him from snowballing out of control
And that while giving him the AS buff and the lategame damage buffs.

A few things to notice:
>Lee sin didn't get changed much early in terms of damage
>Lee sin's mobility has been reduced ( w change)
>Lee sin's slow (both as and ms) has been "fixed" (weakened, but it's fine since it was sort of a bug)
>The damage on lee sin's e has been made physical, making it much easier to counter build him
>His ult has lost it's execute potential
>His passive was never used to it's full potential lategame apart from duels and baron and opportunities to use it in teamfights haven't increased, meaning that it's useless for lategame teamfights
>His dueling, one thing which apparently got "buffed" due to the passive, will not be any better due to the loss of an execute ability
>Hitting two extra champs/minions/whatever with his ult is NOT EASY WHATSOEVER and no amount of skill will let you get off perfect ults unless your enemies are vegetables, as mentioned before
>The faster clearing from his new passive is ignorable since he already cleared fast
>Lee has been pigeonholed in to a bruiser jungler
>Top lane lee will no longer work (Easier to counter him, worse dueling, less mobility)
>AD caster lee has been nerfed and will be less viable (Ultimate got hit much too hard)
>Lee now doesn't snowball as hard, which wasn't a problem before
>Lee sin is perfectly fine as he is and he does NOT need any changes whatsoever
>People complain about lee because he's a cruise control champ and people usually don't like champions that have huge outplay potential
Final verdict: Lee has been nerfed and pigeonholed in to a bruiser role. Also, people hate lee because he's annoying, not because he's overpowered or his gameplay is toxic.

But anyway yea, this thread is a trainwreck.
Hohohoho, a job well done indeed.

So clearly, you've just stated that you don't care. It's a change. You pissed and ****ted your pants simultaneously. Your nipples are inflamed with rage because Riot just touched a champion you probably don't even play. But he was touched. OH MY GOD!
9-1-1! 911! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! LEE SIN HAS BEEN TOUCHED! CALL MY MOM! NO CALL THE POLICE! CALL SUPER MAN!
Come on, you can troll better than that :P
Does somebody have superman's number?
