Yeah, perhaps if they made it (his passive) scale with level? IDK why their initial thought was just to outright nerf it. Kinda of feels like a different Riot than the one around now. Scaling to me would solve the early game damage issue and then return Shen to a rather solid/stabalized end game. But whatever they decide to do, I hope it turns out alright (I miss me some tanky ninja action)

Improved her jungle (which wasn't even intended, lol), fixed those long cast times, buffed her late-game...
Just about buffed everything!
- Base Stats
- Attack Speed per level increased to 3.5 from 2.9
- Base Armor increased to 15 from 12
- Broken Wings bonus attack damage ratio increased to 0.7 from 0.6.
- Ki Shout cast time decreased to 0.25 from 0.5
- Valor
- Shield increased to 60/90/120/150/180 from 40/70/100/130/160.
- Cooldown decreased to 10/9/8/7/6 from 11/10/9/8/7.
- Wind Slash
- Cast time decreased to 0.25 from 0.5
- Missile speed increased by 10% to 2200 from 2000.

Would someone tell me how base Attack Speed per level works?
Does it add to your base AS, amplifying AS items more, or does it only affect base AS additively so only your level1 attack speed scale with items?

It does the second one I think... Don't quote me though. I think you get the same basic stats anyway though so, it doesn't matter really.

With Riven, it just means you need to focus less on AS items (if at all), and will be able to slash at enemies for
Runic Blade procs more efficiently.
But it'd still be nice to know for other champions.
If per-level Attack Speed increases your base instead of adding to it like an item, that would mean Attack Speed items scale better.
If the per-level stats just add additively, then AS items won't be as effective as perceived.

Stealth rework IS done.
The actual in-house testing and graphics polishing has been going on for 1~2 monthes now. (it wasn't happening during the previous 2~3 monthes back before august; that was just designers fiddling with the designs) That's how game development rolls. :)
Can't wait to try out the new and improved Veigar. :o

The problem with that was people kept using his ultimate to run away, which contradict the purpose of the ability.
I was also fine with the slight nerf to his ult.
It was the passive nerf that broke the camel's back. Shen was alright as long as he had some source of sustained damage and could tank for his team with
They took away the sustainable damage, so Shen is totally ignorable now. You don't feel the need to run or focus an enemy who doesn't really do anything.
