I thought Arcana meant MOBAFire recruiting a team under the MOBAFire flag? Making a League team with community members won't go far. High elo =/= good enough to be a pro player

This idea has been made before by Duff, I believe on EUW it got off but no one ever played due to time issues and such.

Duff went ahead and made like 4 unofficial teams in NA, a team in EUNE (I think that's as close to official as it gets, by Polse), and like a few in EUW. We were going to play against each other and stuff, but I think everyone forgot about it. :p
