Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Blackfrost Aniv doesn't really seem like a legendary skin to me, that's why I wouldn't buy it.
The Shyv skin is okay but nothing special and the Voli skin is flat-out bad.

^ yeah I don't think the shyv one is mind blowing but the aniva one is pretty neat...yeah the only voli skin that is somewhat decent is the thunder lord and even that doesn't blow your mind...this new one...come on...are they even trying?...panda voli would be fun...but I am still pushing for winnie the pooh lol

I actually think this Voli skin is fine. I mean it's not really that good but it's definitely better than his other skins. I love the Shyv one though, reminds me of frost dragons in skyrim. Also she looks more.. lady like.
