You reduce 30% of that armor instantly because you apply full BC stacks straight away. 30% of 200 is 140. Now reduce that by 43% from [[last whisper]] and [[weapon expertise]]. That leaves their effective armor at 58.8. How much ArPen do you have? 60 + whatever you have from Masteries and Runes. You are dealing TRUE DAMAGE to a tank with 200 armor. 200 also isn't the limit, against a 200 armor tank you had 1.2 ArPen left over, and because you have lots of % ArPen, you need more armor than that to actually be effective. The armor penetration stacks multiplicatively, meaning that it will not be penetrated by 43% 200-30% from the black cleaver passive=140 ((140-35%)-8%)from last whisper and weapon expertise=83,72 83,72-60 from the cleavers=23,72. No, you're not dealing true damage to a 200 armor tank. The breakpoint for true damage is: 143,3349259 (proof) (((143,3349259*0,7)*0,65)*0,92)-60=0 stop the fucking hype of the damn cleaver. Also you forgot the 5 armorpen from sunder. Cost of quadra tbc and last whisper: 13750 Cost of double with a brutaliser: 7067(yes, that's 2 bloodthirsters difference in case you were wondering.) I dont think it should be removed from the game but i just dont understand what the hell Riot thought when they released this item. It beats [[last whisper]] in every way which is just proof that its very strong. Now thats one thing, but its something else to have everything non-unique.[/quote]
