[/quote] ^ That's it. 4 Black Cleavers give you 60 ArPen, which combined with Last Whisper and the passive is pretty nasty. For example, let's look at a 200 armor target, the average for a tank. You reduce 30% of that armor instantly because you apply full BC stacks straight away. 30% of 200 is 140. Now reduce that by 43% from [[last whisper]] and [[weapon expertise]]. That leaves their effective armor at 58.8. How much ArPen do you have? 60 + whatever you have from Masteries and Runes. You are dealing TRUE DAMAGE to a tank with 200 armor. 200 also isn't the limit, against a 200 armor tank you had 1.2 ArPen left over, and because you have lots of % ArPen, you need more armor than that to actually be effective. If you count 3% damage reduction as effective. You also get 40% CDR and 1k HP.[/quote]

Buying two of [[The Black Cleaver]] actually makes you build stacks up twice as fast. Technically, they do stack in a way.[/quote]

That makes your damage so much higher.[/quote]
