Learn some more about the game before saying something like that. Karthus TP+Revive is actaully very broken because he can be in the lane all the time. And that is a level 30 summoner game with me as Olaf raping everyone but with an inhib down and entire team of TP+revive there is just not much to do as that is also one ****ing anoying anti melee team
I ran into something almost as annoying. They'd have a Talon + 3 Supports + Split-Pusher. Talon would never die, and would be allowed all the CC he needed to get the jump on someone/have someone not get the jump on him, while the split-pusher would do exactly what you'd expect.

I once played against Amumu, Singed, Alistar, Cho'Gath and Galio. They all had Revive and Fortify. Good luck pushing your lane.
