New servers how have they affected you?

And, I know there's people slower internet than me out there that get lower.[/quote]

Second, the fact that there's only one might mean that the game wasn't playable over there before. Unless there are figures showing that the (potential) player base on the east coast is next to nothing, I don't think this is a bad move. They can't easily place two servers on both sides of the US since that would in the end result in basically two separate player bases. I don't think they're aiming for USW en USE.
