Eh. Spirit Stone and (some of) its upgrades are good on pretty much all junglers, even if they can't actually use the MP5 very well. I doubt he's a jungler who really benefits from Wriggle's (based rather clearly on his AP items), so I can see why Riot would put Spirit Stone on instead of Madred's Razors.

Lissandra the Ice Dervish has already been noted a few times in the lore.
She seems to be a mage and completes the trio of Freljord princesses which are Ashe, Sejuani and, of course, her.

ZAC also doesn't have mana pots in any of his lists so he may be manaless
he does have spirit stone and 2 of its upgrades listed, all which give him mana regen though.
