As I understand it, "girls" are the things that those champions with the weird chest lumps are based off of. Supposedly they feature heavily in this show called "life" that, like, everyone knows about; I haven't gotten around to watching it on Netflix yet. I don't understand why Riot keeps making champs like that, though, it really makes it hard for me to suspend my disbelief and enjoy the game.
