For example, someone could say "ROAMING POPPY'S NOT VIABLE MKAY" which is wrong, and even if so, people can play it if they want. But if someone was to build Poppy without a Trinity Force or something on a standard build (unless it had some other quirk, like maybe tank poppy(lol)?) - then it would be downvote worthy imo.[/quote]
