They always over buff initially and tone down later, and I'm sure Sivir is no exception.
Yep, and I won't be surprised if they do that here. However, I doubt she's going to make too many appearances on the OP watch while Vayne and Cait still do what they've always done, I think.
Don't get me wrong; I think she's good now. But she's kinda like... Ezreal good. A stable kind of good, but I'm not sure if she's top tier good right now.
EDIT: Apparently I'm just looking at it wrong. I wasn't even looking at top lane with her. >_>

Nidalee, Alistar, Gangplank, Sivir, Kayle are all buffs.
Every single champion that has gotten reworked has been MORE COMPETITIVELY VIABLE.
THAT IS WHAT QUALIFIES A BUFF.
Kayle is not viable.
Tbh, it'd be hard to be any less viable than she is now. :P
I never played her before the rework, but I've heard she at least had some sort of niche role as an unstoppable late game carry then. She ain't got **** now.

The reworks didnt only nerfed them. There were good parts and the bad ones. Thats why its called rework. Its not a buff nor a nerf.
Just because Riot call it a rework and nerf some things while buffing others, it doesn't mean that it's not an overall nerf or buff to the champion.
If they made one skill a little better and two skills considerably worse, it'd be an overall nerf. Which is basically what they did to Kayle. :P

Will be checking after trying her out after maintenance ^-^
