Can't you also solve the issue by using a top-laner who can consistently 1v1 him at all stages of the game? That way, you still end up with 4v4 teamfights. Or of course, force fights 24/7 should work as well, forcing towers and dragons to get you ahead through global gold and map dominance.
1v1 singed?
Singed doesn't do fighting. He laughs at your face as you try to fight him.
That aside though, It's literally doing this from lvl 1 in the game.
You try to deal with him by yourself, you won't kill him, and you lose cs and xp as your creeps die to the turrets.
You don't deal with him, he does what he wants.

Im pretty sure druiddroid said there's like 4 champions that counter the tactic, cant remember which though.
I would love to know this.
Want a guide destroyed? reviewed?
If Singed starts feeding Riven I'll just roam and kill every other lane. Haven't experienced this first-hand yet, wil report back when I do.

Vlad comes to mind as a good counter to Singed overall. Burning his resource is almost impossible and his waveclear is really great.
Vlad's waveclear is only great once he has points in E and he's keeping it at max stacks. You'd be forced to last hit under tower early game.

thats not the problem, singed will just be farming inside of your base late game and pushing to your nexus, so its either use resources killing the singed thats worth no gold pushing your base while the rest of his team gets dragon/towers/baron or ignore him as he pushes top lane to your base

What do you buy after your starter items?
Are there any champs you cannot do this against?
What is the general route you take while doing it?
Do you use this tactic the whole game or until laning is done?

Same as InvertedComposer, check out his item build.
No, but Darius, Jayce, and Vlad are particularly annoying to go against.
I don't have a general route post-140. Pre140 I try to sneak past and ward their jungle.
I use the tactic when I feel it's appropriate. I don't just stop or start at a specific time.

Totallynotn00b-You didn't exactly execute a proper proxy singed there. You kept on going back instead of getting executed by towers or getting killed by vlad so you were worth gold + you were way too useful and didn't just afk farm/push top lane you played it out as a pretty much a normal singed game with the added lvl 1 farming between the turrets :/.
As for dealing with this : stacking snowball items especially on the mid laner should do the trick also I've seen this done in Diamond 1 games so it's not A LOW LEAGUE THING >.>

Stacking items are pretty good against it, but its pretty gay overall. King druiddroid hit diamond 1 with it.
