Ranged carries... what happened, where are they?

Anivia: Amazing AoE slow/damage, awesome single-target nuke, AoE slow *and* stun, and a wall which is fantastic if placed properly. To top it off, she can't die. Sivir: Amazing AoE nuke/farm spell, Ricochet gives her the most theoretical auto-hit damage currently possible in the game due to bounces all adding up, it means her auto-attacks in a teamfight are actually AoE as well - she can buy a bloodrazor and auto-hit the tank while steal dealing significant damage to the squishies in back, free spell shield+free mana is self explanatory, and her ultimate gives her as much attack speed as [[Rapid Fire]] as well as making her a movement speed whore. You can escape 5 man ganks with it + [[Ghost]]. Oh, she also recieves 25% less damage from AD carries (as if the spell shield wasn't enough) and shits money.[/quote]
