You really can't judge two players with a lane matchup, unless it's somewhere close to even.

I have my opinion. I have watched Reginald a lot. There are often things he could do much better.

I've run Morde vs Karth with various people and while dodging his Q is possible, there eventually comes to a point where it doesn't matter how many Q's you dodge, if he hits one you lose to much hp.
I mean it's still possible to win (and I usually do thanks to farm) but you have to remember he can still kill you...
