Should be an interesting patch, I'm kinda excited about the experience zone change, will make top/bottom lanning with Nasus even more fun!

Warwick can still solo dragon/baron easily and should.

Phantom Dancer really is a great item now: changed alot from being an overpriced scrub item.
- I really like the new boots, they are very cheap and provide a ton of CDR for the cost. I think they will work very good on
Ezreal. (He's still better played AP btw)

The Black Cleaver changes are odd, still don't think it gives enough AS to make it viable as a better pick than I-Edge or Bloodthirster for ranged carries unless against alot of armor stackers.

Wit's End changes are great, it was always a conflict on buying them because of all the no-mana champions these days.

We've had some time to play with this patch now. The only thing that really bothers me is that I'm finding the Pantheon change a bit annoying. So many players (in solo queue) are used to the circle being there for 3 seconds that they engage way too early (after I ping and declare my intended target/location) often scaring most if not all enemy champions out of the circle. A lot of people don't read the patch notes (in this case I'm referencing a Shen I was playing with who was really good, but taunted during the first 3 seconds as opposed to the last 3) and I have to take the time to explain it to them. Also have seen a few other Pantheon players complain about the "lag" as well. Thoughts?

* Vicious Strikes health scaling increased to 1%, from 0.5%
* Vicious Strikes base damage reduced to 7/14/21/28/35 from 10/17/24/31/38
Don't know why they nerfed down vicious strikes base damage again but whatever I'm happy with the health scaling increase!
The Black Cleaver is now officially the new big carry item for range dps! And I also like the nerf to dragon. Seriously, in some games if they get two dragon kills its gg! :/
